Product Availability
We maintain a large inventory to meet customer demand. However, availability can occasionally be affected by high demand, supplier delays or production lead times. We restock multiple times a week and work hard to ensure you can get the gear you want, as fast as possible.
On the both product page and in the cart, you will see the stock status. Here is what each status means:
In Stock:
- The best status. The product is in stock and ready to ship.
- Orders placed before 1 p.m. UK Time, Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
Limited Stock:
- The product is in stock, but in low quantities, so you'll need to order quick!
- Orders placed before 1 p.m. UK Time, Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
Pre-order:
- The product has not yet been released by the manufacturer.
- Place a pre-order to be one of the first to receive it the moment it arrives.
Backorder:
- The product is temporarily out of stock due to high demand, but more is on the way.
- Place a backorder to reserve the next available unit and receive it as soon as new stock arrives.
Special Order:
- This item is not kept in regular inventory and is ordered from the manufacturer specifically for you.
- You must place an order to receive this item. It's not kept in stock. We only order it in if a customer places an order for it.
Built to Order:
- The product is built on demand.
- Once you order, the manufacturer builds, tests, and ships the unit. While this takes longer, it guarantees you receive a freshly tested product with the very latest components.
Out of Stock:
- The worst status. The product is unavailable and we do not have a confirmed restock date yet.
- Please contact us for alternatives.
